A shot from our Courland house project completed in 2021. Some very careful planning was made early in the build to achieve this detail at the floor/wall junction. We set the first corse of brick in 15mm and the second corse set precisely at fished floor level. This allowed us to tuck the flooring under when laying months later and it looks as if the brick work was laid directly onto the floor. Its always great when we get out of the ground on

Its always great when we get out of the ground on any project. This site did not have adequate fill to achieve the desired heights. So instead of bringing in fill, we used foam pods to form the structural beams and slab. This not only saved our client a lot of money, it is a big thermal upgrade to the overall building.

Slabs of Elba everywhere in this master ensuite. This is on the 3 level of our Coogee project. We had to carry these huge slabs up 3 levels of a spiralling steel staircase! Another really cool feature of this signature staircase is the concealed French doors that become flush with and part of the wall whether they are open or closed . The V groove doors were made in house and line up with the V grove wall lining on both sides over 3 levels regardless whether they are opened or closed.
